Daria Senaldi, President

Daria has been with the MEF for 4 years. She graduated from St. John’s University College of Pharmacy; Mt Sinai School of Medicine and Bernard Baruch College. She is a licensed pharmacist and possesses Master’s Degrees in Business, Finance and Healthcare Administration. For the past 19 years, she has been employed by Apria Healthcare and is currently the Vice President of Strategic Relations. Daria moved to Montville in 2004 with her husband Lance and two sons, Paul and Mark. Paul is a freshman in college pursuing a double major in Bioengineering and Pre Med. He hopes to become a physician. Mark attends Montville High School and is active in Lacrosse, DECA, FBLA and REACH. Both boys are Eagle Scouts in Boy Scout Troop 74 and are active in the St. Pius Church Community. Daria is an involved parent in MTHS Lacrosse Team, PTCs, BSA Troop 74, Towaco Civic Association and St. Pius Church. Her hobbies include reading, swimming and snow skiing. She is a gourmet cook and enjoys traveling with her family throughout the United States. She and her family have explored 46 of the 50 states. Daria joined the MEF because of her steadfast belief that the greatest gift one can give a child is the gift of knowledge. Providing innovative mediums through which a child becomes excited about learning proves to have a profound and significant impact on their educational development.

Michael Abramson, Vice President

Michael and his wife Cindy have lived in the Montville area for the past 15+ years. Their twins, Julianna and Jonathan, went through the Montville School System kindergarten through 12th grade. Michael and Cindy love their family and friends and enjoy being active and social in the community. Michael graduated from (WVU), West Virginia University with a BSJ in Journalism and spent over 35 years in the Entertainment business. After spending a number of years working as both a residential and commercial realtor for Coldwell Banker, he has returned to his roots and is currently managing recording artists and bands. He has served as the President of the MEF (The Montville Educational Foundation). He was also an Asst. Scoutmaster for Troop 74 of the Montville Boy Scouts. He loves working with the children of our community and firmly believes in the “giving back” principle of life.

Ronald Ascher, Treasurer

Ronald Ascher has been a resident of Pine Brook since 2006, and an MEF Trustee since 2008. He is a graduate of Lafayette College, where he earned a BA in Philosophy and German, and has been working as a project manager in the financial printing industry for the past 15 years. Mr. Ascher and his wife, Nancy, have 2 boys, Tristan and Holden, attending Montville schools. He is proud to work with the dedicated teachers and administrators in the school system, and the hard-working and enthusiastic members of the MEF, to help enhance the educational experience of all the children in Montville.

Stacey Vinder, Secretary

Stacey (Feuer) Vinder grew up in Montville and is an alum of Woodmont School, Central School (Lazar) as well as Montville High School. She received her BA in Communications from California State University, Northridge. During her time in Los Angeles, Stacey worked in the entertainment industry. After moving back to NJ, Stacey received her NJ Teaching Certification and spent 15 years in NJ schools. The Vinder's returned to Montville to raise their children, now 15 and 19. Currently she is also a Trustee for Montville Pet Parents and participates in Montville's Relay for Life. "I'm very honored to be part of the MEF and play a part in enhancing our community schools."

Jennifer Vnencak, Trustee

Dr.John Taltavall, Trustee

John Taltavall is a graduate of Villanova University and The University of Medicine and Dentistry, New Jersey Dental School. He has been a resident of Montville since 2001, with his wife Kathleen, and their three children. He currently practices general family dentistry in Lincoln Park. John is committed to the belief nothing is more important than education, and is honored to be able to help all the students of Montville achieve their potential.

Valerie Stefanelli, Trustee

Valerie Stefanelli is married with two children and a resident of Montville Township. Having graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Rutgers University, she enjoyed a career as a Sales/Use Tax Auditor for the State of Massachusetts before her twins were born in 1998.  As a stay-at-home Mom, Valerie began her new career as a volunteer. Chairing the Library Committee at her children’s school as well as working as a Librarian for five years and running the bi-annual book fairs. She was also an active parent in the HSA/PTA, helping to raise funds and secure donations for the annual fundraisers. Additionally, Valerie served as a Girl Scout Leader for her daughters’ Troop.  Valerie is committed to the MEF because she believes the MEF provides a valuable resource to all schools in Montville Township, thereby improving the education of all the children in our town.

Cynthia Abramson, Trustee

Cynthia Alecci Abramson grew up a resident of Pine Brook, along with her five siblings.  Once her own children, twins Julianna and Jonathan, were ready to start Kindergarten, Cindy and her husband Michael moved back to Pine Brook with the goal of giving their children the same wonderful childhood experiences that she had.  Professionally, Cindy has twenty-five+ years of experience in Marketing, Promotions, Advertising and Business Development.  She has worked at various organizations from global corporations (Warner-Lambert, CBS/Westinghouse, ABC/Capital Cities), to privately held companies.  She is currently a Senior Vice President at TMPG, an independent, entrepreneurial company specializing in developing non-traditional, integrated promotions and marketing campaigns for a myriad of Fortune 100 companies.  She is honored to be a part of the MEF, an organization whose sole reason for existing is to support our teachers’ creativity, passion and drive to improve the educational experience for all of Montville’s children.

Jody C. Patriarca, Trustee

Jody is a compliance professional with more than 10 years experience in creating and implementing effective monitoring and compliance programs.  Jody holds a BA from the University of Vermont, and an MAS from Fairleigh Dickinson University.  She and her family live in Montville Twp and keep active with sports, family and life overall.  Jody is excited to be part of the MEF and spearhead it's presence in social media.
